In compliance with the Executive Order 11246: Title II of the Education Amendments of 1976: Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended by the Equal Employment Act 1972; Title IX Regulation Implementing Education Amendments of 1972: Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; and all other Federal, State, School Rules, laws, regulations and policies, Lexington School District Four shall not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, color, gender, national origin, religion, age, or disability in the educational programs or activities which it operates.
It is the intent of Lexington School District Four to comply with both the letter and spirit of the law in making certain discrimination does not exist in its policies, regulations, and operations. Procedures have been established so that any student, parent/guardian or employee who believes discrimination has taken place may file a complaint.

All students attending Lexington School District Four may participate in educational programs and activities, including but not limited to health, P.E., music, vocational ed., trades and industrial ed., business/office ed., regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, gender, disability or sex.
***Notice for Reporting Abuse***
All employees of the Lexington School District Four are required by law to report immediately any suspicions of child abuse, neglect, or molestation of a child at home to DSS.
All employees of the School District are required by law to report immediately to law enforcement any suspected criminal behavior at school or school-sponsored activities.
There are no exceptions to this legal requirement.
